Yvonne is a seasoned Business Consultant and Food Entrepreneur based in Dun Laoghaire, County Dublin. She specialises in export development and business growth strategies for high-potential Food and Drink start-ups and SMEs.

Her work spans export acceleration programmes, cross-border trade missions, and internationalisation strategies — helping Irish producers expand their reach into new markets and strengthen their competitiveness globally.

In 2025, Yvonne successfully ran three cohorts of the InterTradeIreland First Time Exporters Programme, mentoring four client companies through the development and implementation of their cross-border export strategies. Building on this experience, Yvonne — alongside Alison Cummins — will deliver a pilot “Get Export Ready” Programme for Food and Drink Companies on behalf of the four Dublin Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs) from December 2025 to March 2026. This new initiative is designed to help early-stage food and drink producers develop practical export plans.

Yvonne is on the mentoring panels of LEO Dublin City, LEO Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, LEO Wicklow and LEO South Dublin, and is on the Export Consultancy Panels for both LEO Dublin City and LEO South Dublin, having worked with three clients to date on their Export Development Plans.
